VetPartners Member Spotlight: Laura Boone

Nov 30, 2020 at 12:07 pm

Today’s VetPartners Member Spotlight shines on Laura Boone, MBA, a business coach and owner of Fortune Management- Veterinary Mastery. Laura  has been a VetPartners member since 2014. Read on to learn more about Laura.

How do you help veterinary professionals?

Myself and my team help veterinarians and veterinary teams grow year over year in their leadership, communication, profitability, systems and efficiency, with a 30-year proven track record. Whether you are in the beginning stages of your career, mid-career, or later stages it’s never too late to plan for the next stage. Being pro-active vs. reactive is a part of success.

What sets you apart from your competition?

Culture eats strategy for breakfast!  You don’t grow a practice by working on systems alone. You grow a practice by working with the team, side-by-side, one-on-one coaching to unlock their potential to grow, be challenged and become true partners with the doctors.

Why do you do what you do?

My clients are my friends and I treasure our long-term relationships. Helping them have an extraordinary life, along with an extraordinary practice fulfills my purpose in life to make a difference in healthcare and the lives of people I meet everyday.

What pets do you have in your family?

I have a movie star Brindle Great Dane named Dany, she is my second Dane. Dany was in an episode of Mythbusters Jr. last year photo shoots for penthouses and commercials and literally stops traffic when we are on walks. I also have cat named Taz who is 20 years old, and doing great!

How can people learn more about you and your work?

Call me anytime. I am happy to spend time listening to how you got where you are today and where you want to go with your practice.
www.veterinarymastery.com / 925-408-2526. And happy to send names of practices that have been working with me for decades.
