Meeting Cancellation Policy
Meeting registrants agree to notify VetPartners as soon as possible if circumstances change and they are unable to attend.
Refund/Cancellation Fees:
- More than 14 days prior to the meeting: registration fee is refundable minus a $25 administrative fee.
- Less than 14 days prior to the meeting: registrations fees are non-refundable
