Today’s VetPartners Member Spotlight shines on Rhonda Bell, founder/owner of Dog Days Consulting. Rhonda just recently joined VetPartners. Read on to learn more about Rhonda.
How do you help veterinary professionals?
I help veterinary professionals identify who they are and who they want to be online. We work together to identify what sets them or their brand apart and to really clarify their brand identity then we work to market them on social media.
Why do you do what you do?
I want to help grow the veterinary industry. The success of each individual within veterinary medicine helps grow the entire industry. Support for each other during the hard times of growing a career, a practice, or any endeavor is what helps lay the ground work for a long sustainable veterinary career.
How did you first get started in the industry?
I got a job as a veterinary assistant in my home town right after I got married. I was 18 and really loved animals! I was totally shocked at what went into caring for animals in a practice setting but boy was I hooked. I spent the following years during my Marine husband’s career building my own.
What pets do you have in your family?
We currently have 3 rescue cats that were from various practices where I managed. We also have 4 feral cats that have decided our yard is there home. After some modifications, they are right, it is their home! We also recently welcomed ‘Gus’ our 6 month old brindle pug to our family.
