How do you help veterinary professionals?
I work closely with Practice Owners, Practice Managers, and Leadership Teams to coach, teach and train them on best business development strategies for well managed practices.
What sets you apart from your competition?
As a “boots on the ground” Practice Manager for over 15 years, I live in the trenches, understanding what it takes, and what doesn’t work in a practice. From a Kennel Attendant, a CSR, a Surgical Technician and everywhere in between, my formal schooling, in-clinic experience, and additional training and credentials separates me from other business consultants.
Why do you do what you do?
Although I love pets and animals more than I can express, I love PEOPLE too! My passion is helping veterinary professionals make the veterinary profession better, through training for gold standard patient care and exceeding client service, as well as utilizing defined business strategies to enhance financial health. I love to develop and empower other veterinary leaders.
Which Super Hero are you most like and why?
Wonder Woman is my alter ego and my CVPM is my super power. The extensive HR training doubles as my Lasso of Truth. And my catch phrase is the same, ‘I will fight for those who cannot fight for themselves.’
