VetPartners Member Spotlight: Debbie Boone

Dec 7, 2020 at 5:36 pm

Today’s VetPartners Member Spotlight shines on Debbie Boone, President of 2 Manage Vets Consulting, LLC. Debbie has been a VetPartners member since 2014. Read on to learn more about Debbie.

How do you help veterinary professionals?

I train veterinary teams to communicate well with the humans in their world. This includes their fellow team members. By creating a positive culture we create a better life for the people who care for pets and pets get better care when vet teams communicate in a more compelling way to pet owners.

Why do you do what you do?

I genuinely like people – and animals. I want to help people enjoy this profession as much as I have and do for over 30 years. My end goal is to have happier teams, healthier animals and more profitable businesses.

What’s your most memorable experience in the industry?

I will never forget the day I finished training a communication and service class for Patterson in Washington, DC. An older woman came up after class and thanked me for the information. She also told me she had been a CSR for over 20 years in practice and “I was the first person who ever told her she was important.”
