Membership Application Letters of Recommendation

This part of the application documents recognition of your competence as a consultant by your clients, employers or business associates.  Two (2) letters of recommendation on your behalf are required and must be submitted on the VetPartners Letter of Recommendation Form.   Although not required, it is preferred that at least one (1) of the forms be completed by a current VetPartners member.  Please note that employees or peers within your company do not qualify as associates.

Please complete the contact information portion before you give it to the persons you have chosen to complete the recommendation form. Please also stress the importance of e-mailing or faxing this form promptly since your application is not considered complete until both letters are received. Letters of Recommendation must be e-mailed or faxed directly to VetPartners by the person completing the form.
