The role of Footfall driving has become key to European vets trying to keep their business stable in the face of ever increasing competition.

With a doubling of vet site numbers since 2000 the UK market has seen local competitive sets double and with the rise of pharmaceutical products to trade channel and online the challenge is a significant one.

Some UK sites are doing very well with others struggling to maintain sufficient business to keep headcounts stable, the challenge is very real and there is no place for complacency.

Footfall driving has become a real business need and the understanding of what actually drives choice of vet site and repeat usage is now a critical piece of data.

In this session we will look at the core drivers for Footfall - probably remarkably similar to North America and proven to be the same in European markets.

Data collected over the last 10 years has shown a shift in customer patterns that initially were denied by UK and European vets - the data is correct and it is now very apparent that those who took notice of the early patterns and trends are doing well now - whereas those who chose to ignore it are struggling.

So the webinar will take an overview of the key findings and patterns from Northern Europe - maybe the North American market will see some similarities.
